Refund policy

All our products are made to order. The following conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@philosofashion.com within that period, providing your order number and your intention to return the item. We will confirm the return process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will process the refund for the product amount within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@philosofashion.com. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. If the defect is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Incorrect Item
If you received an item different from the one you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resolve it immediately at no additional cost.

Sizing
We recommend consulting the size guide before placing your order. Returns due to sizing are subject to the right of withdrawal conditions stated above.
